When can I collect?
Currently when the boutique is next open. Opening hours for the week ahead are up every Sunday on social media @thestylestoryascot

How long do I have to collect?
Orders must be collected within 14 days. If after your order will be cancelled and you will be offered store credit for the amount.

If you wish to return your online order please email with the reason of your return hello@thestylestory.net. Returned item/s must be unworn & have the tags attached and returned within 14 days of purchase.

All unwanted orders or faulty items must me returned to the boutique or via post to the following address: The Style Story, Airworld House, Sunninghill, Berkshire SL5 9NP.

The Style Story will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.

Please note we only accept refunds on the following conditions:

• All the original labels, tags are still attached
• Not worn or damaged
• Has no makeup, fake tan or other marks on it
• Must be posted back within 14 days from receipt of the item
• Accessories & Jewellery CAN NOT be refunded, these include earrings, necklaces, bracelets, hair accessories, hats, bags, clutches and belts.
• Unfortunately SALE items can not be refunded.

At The Style Story we stock various brands and sizes can differ from style to style. There is a written size guide on nearly all items in the description but if you have any questions regarding sizes please contact us.

For example One Size roughly fits a UK size 8-14 depending on the style. If you are a size 8 items that are a 36 and S/M will apply to you.
